Traffic curbs for Saddula Bathukamma
In view of Saddula Bathukamma programme at L B Stadium and Upper Tank Bund on Thursday, the city police announced traffic restrictions from 4 pm to 11.30 pm.
Hyderabad: In view of Saddula Bathukamma programme at L B Stadium and Upper Tank Bund on Thursday, the city police announced traffic restrictions from 4 pm to 11.30 pm.
According to city Police Commissioner M Mahendar Reddy, traffic diversions and restrictions are being imposed to relieve traffic congestion and to ensure public safety. The vehicular traffic coming from Secunderabad and moving towards Upper Tank bund will be diverted at Karbala Maidan–Bible House towards Kavadiguda–Lower Tank bund. Similarly, vehicles coming from Kattamaisamma temple and Kavadiguda side and moving towards Children’s park-Upper Tank bund will be diverted at DBR Mills towards Kavadiguda.
Traffic coming from Iqbal Minor and going towards Upper Tank bund will be diverted at Old Gate of Secretariat onto the Telugutally flyover – Kattamaisamma. At AR Petrol Pump Junction, traffic will not be allowed towards BJR Statue and will be diverted towards Nampally or Ravindra Bharati. Traffic coming from SBI will not be allowed towards BJR Statue and Basheer Bagh junction and will be diverted at SBH Gunfoundry towards Chapel road.
Traffic coming from Old MLA quarters towards Basheer Bagh will be diverted at Old MLA quarters towards Himayatnagar Y Junction. Traffic coming from King Koti to Basheer Bagh via: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will be diverted at King Koti X Roads towards Taj Mahal Hotel. Traffic coming from Old PCR towards Basheer Bagh Junction will be diverted at PCR towards Nampally road.
