Hyderabad Metro Rail authorities dismiss bomb threats

Hyderabad Metro Rail authorities have denied the reports of bomb threat to Metro services in the city.

Following the news reports being telecast in a news channel regarding a bomb threat at Ameerpet Metro Interchange, the Metro Rail authorities raised objection in this regard.

Informing that a passenger had forgotten his bag which was later returned to him, they asserted that there was no need for panic and that regular security checks are being conducted as a part of the safety measures at the metro stations.
