KTR bags Leader of the Year award
Prominent publication Business World has announced Telangana as the State with best urban infrastructure and Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao as the ‘Leader of the Year’.
Prominent publication Business World has announced Telangana as the State with best urban infrastructure and Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao as the ‘Leader of the Year’.
To be presented by Union Minister of State for Urban Development Hardeep Singh Puri, the awards will be presented at the Fifth National Smart City Conference scheduled to be held in New Delhi on December 20.
In a statement, the national business weekly appreciated KTR for presenting Telangana in a perspective to the world using Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017 as a platform apart from the Minister’s role in developmental initiatives and increasing investments in Telangana earning him national recognition.
Similarly, initiatives such as Mission Bhagiratha (Urban), Haritha Haram and Double Bedroom Housing schemes have garnered immense appreciation which in turn lead to Telangana being adjudged as the state with best urban infrastructure.
