KTR is a non-performing minister: Komatireddy
Congress senior leader and Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkatreddy described Municipal Administration Minister K. Tarakarama Rao as a non-performing minister and expressed wonder at KTR getting awards.
Hyderabad : Congress senior leader and Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkatreddy described Municipal Administration Minister K. Tarakarama Rao as a non-performing minister and expressed wonder at KTR getting awards.
Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, Komatireddy alleged that Minister KTR was not even appointment to receive representations on problems being faced by the people. He said he tried in vain several times to meet KTR to make representation on underground drainage problem in Nalgonda and Miryalguda.
Komariteddy expressed wonder as to how KTR was getting awards from different organisations while his performance on ground was nil. He said he was writing letters to the organisations who gave awards to seek information on the criteria adopted by them to select KTR for the awards.
He also announced that he was ready to contest against Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao from Gajwel Assembly constituency. However, he said a decision in this regard could be taken only by the Congress High Command.
