Here is another feather in Hyderabad’s cap. Thanks to the initiatives of the Telangana Government, Hyderabad has pipped past Silicon City Benaluru in the JLL’s City Momentum Index (CMI) in the Short-TermHre Momentum rankings category in the global charts.
Here is another feather in Hyderabad’s cap. Thanks to the initiatives of the Telangana Government, Hyderabad has pipped past Silicon City Bengaluru in the JLL’s City Momentum Index (CMI) in the Short-TermHre Momentum rankings category in the global charts.
The rankings have been given on the basis of parameters such as connectivity, real estate investment, property prices population , economic output, corporate activity, construction and retail sales.
Hyderabad has climbed up five positions to pip past Bengaluru, which was at the top last year. Both Hyderabad and Bengaluru are India’s tech hubs and have left behind business and political hubs like Mumbai and Chennai. The City Momentum Index is being given for the past five years and covers 131 major establishments and business hubs.
