Former DGP and Chairman of BJP Political Feedback Committee V Dinesh Reddy, State Executive Committee member U Venkata Ramana and KisanMorcha National Executive member Ch Satyakrishnam Raju met the Governor here on Saturday and submitted a memorandum seeking his intervention.
Terming the law and order in AP is quite alarming, the BJP leaders said that even the leaders of 'Z' category lack security. The recent attack on the BJP national president Amit Shah at Tirupathi is a classic example to showcase the sorry state of affairs in the State, they said.
The BJP leaders said that Chinarajappa had played down the attack as a mere expression of anger and no case was registered against those who resorted to the attack.
