Cops seize 39 vehicles during cordon and search operation

Nallabandagudem (Suryapet): The police conducted a cordon and search operation at Nallabandagudem of Kodad mandal in the early hours of Monday.
Suryapet SP Prakash Jadav along with Kodad DSP Sudarshan Reddy, four Circle Inspectors, 11 Sub-Inspectors and 131 police personnel carried out cordon and search operation in the village and seized 33 bikes, five auto-rickshaws and one car as the owners failed to produce valid vehicle registration papers.
During the search operation, police checked the houses and verified the details of persons staying in them. Speaking to media, SP Prakash Jadav appealed to people to pass on information to police about the any illegal activities taking place in their locality and also about suspicious persons to make Suryapet a crime-free district.
