Nalgonda: Police on Monday arrested Transco artisam workers who staged a protest demonstration in front of Superintending Engineer office here in support of their demand for regularisation of their services.
Scuffles broke out between the protesters and the police. The police took 110 workers into custody and shifted them to rural police station. The workers continued their protest at the police station after refusing to take bail. The police released them later
