Hyderabad: NTPC-Ramagundam HR team comprising Praveen Kumar G, Manager and Srikant Verma, Assistant Manager, won the first runner-up award in “Young HR Leader-Thought Paper Competition” held at 21st NHRDN National Conference in Hyderabad on Friday and Saturday. They received the award from Saptarshi Roy, Director (HR), NTPC and National President of NHRD Network.
The HR conference, organised by National Human Resources Development Network (NHRDN), designed to be Asia’s largest HR event, with focus on the theme “Next wave of excellence.” Besides covering four prominent Tracks - People, leadership, technology and future of work, the conference also held HR and tech expo, best of breed HR competition, young HR leader-thought paper competition, new book releases, tech and professional talks, mentors@table and awards programme.
