Hyderabad: The Bharath Bandh called by the Congress is likely to disrupt public life in the state with possible disruption in public transport. The private and CBSE schools are likely to be closed while no holiday has been declared for government schools.

RTC and MMTS and Metro Rail services will be running as usual. As MMTS service would be available, even if the RTC withdraws its services, the students and others could opt this mode of travel.

Banks will work as usual on Monday unless serious disruption is caused. All India Bank Employees Association made a statement that on Monday the banks be working as usual.

Work at sub-registrar offices is likely to be affected. Most of the people postponed their land registrations on Monday due to bandh. In Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the cinema theaters, multiplexes, shopping malls and other commercial establishments will work as usual unless organisers resort to vandalism.
