Kothagudem: Demanding action against the principal V Srnivas Rao, the students and staff of Kothagudem Government Junior College staged dharna in front of the Board of Intermediate in the coal town on Friday. The protesters took out a rally and shouted slogans against the college principal and demanded authorities to give appropriate punishment to their principal.
They said the principal abused the staff and students many times since he took charge. They said the people are afraid to enter the principal’s room. Because of his bad behavior several students are taking the transfer certificates.
They alleged that the principal uses filthy language against the college staff and his abusive behavior is becoming unbearable for them. After the dharna, the college staff and students submitted a complaint to the officer of the Board of Intermediate against the principal. All the staff and students participated in dharna.
