Kukatpally: Voter awareness rally was held at Nizampet on Sunday. Residents of Nizampet Colony participated in the bike rally. Speaking on the occasion, a participant said Nizampet Colony has many public issues and there is a need for the residents to elect a good leader in order to address all the issues. In the previous elections held in 2014, out of a total of 53,000 voters in Nizampet, only 13,000 participated in the elections, he said.
He urged everyone to come forward to exercise their votes and elect a good leader. Those who do not vote will have no right to question government, he said. Among those who participated in the bike rally include Visala Dhananjaya, Dr Vasireddy Narsimha Rao and the colony residents.
