Hyderabad: Taking exception to the comments of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu that the Centre should have given reasonable time at least one month more to shift the High Court to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said it was the Andhra Pradesh government which had filed a petition against the Centre for the delay in the division of the court and it was the AP government which said the building for the HC would be ready by December end.

On the directions of the apex court, the Union government issued a gazette notification three days ago. KCR wondered as to why Naidu is taking ‘U’ turn on every issue regarding the AP including granting of the special status to the residuary state after the bifurcation.

The Chief Minister branded Naidu as a ‘bluff master and dirtiest political leader’ in the country. Going further, the TRS chief vowed to fight against the TDP president’s ‘selfish’ politics in AP in the coming days. He predicted that the TDP would be decimated from Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing a press conference at Pragati Bhavan here on Saturday, KCR pointed out that Naidu backed the Centre’s announcement of granting special package in the place of special status to AP. Later, the AP CM revolted against the Centre demanding special status. “Naidu’s changing stance on such importance issue made it clear that he is selfish and stooped so low for political gains. He has no policy and consistency on any issue”.

In a scathing attack, KCR also said that ‘Naidu is not a leader but only a manager. The Union government provided all kinds of assistance to AP including financial support. But the AP CM is making false statements and turned out to be a big liar,” he said and alleged that Naidu also promoted corruption in the government and swindled public money. “The AP CM has no administrative skills and survived in politics only by managing the media,” he said.

KCR also said that Naidu did not have any idea and knowledge on the new economic model proposed by him. The AP CM always copied the schemes and programmes implemented by other states. The TRS chief disputed Naidu’s claim that cyber towers in Hyderabad was his brain child. He said former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi and former AP CM N Janardhan Reddy were instrumental in laying the foundation for IT sector in Hyderabad.
