Corporator’s call to keep surroundings clean

Mansoorabad: Local corporator Koppula Vithal Reddy has appealed to people to keep their surroundings clean and protect environment. As part of Swachh Survekshan campaign, rangoli designs were drawn in the premises of a Sulabh complex located at Hayath Nagar near Kuntloor Cross Roads in Mansoorabad mandal, to prevent people from throwing waste near it.

Speaking on the occasion, the corporator said that the Telangana government has been striving hard to raise awareness among people on the importance of cleanliness. Several initiatives have been taken to improve Swachh Survekshan ranking of Hyderabad this year, Vithal Reddy said.

He urged people not to throw garbage on roads and maintain cleanliness. GHMC AMHO Manjula Vani and sanitation staff were present.
