Osmania University: Anji Yadav, the President of Telangana Backward Classes Students Association, demanded quota to Backward Classes (BCs) in the country on the basis of population on Thursday. Members of various BC associations met at Arts College and discussed their issues.
Yadav said that BCs have a lion’s share in population at 52 per cent. He demanded that the Central government allot quota based on the population. Leaders Pavan Goud, Arjun, Upender, Shankar, Srikanth, Prabhakar and Hari were present.
