Hyderabad: The Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation (TSMFC) has invited applications from youth who are seeking training in skilled and semi-skilled jobs and looking for employment opportunities. KAIROS Composite Services, in collaboration with the TSMFC, will be offering free courses of 45 days and 30 days with placement assurances.

At a press conference, MA Waheed, VC & MD at TSMFC, said the Minorities Welfare Department and TSMFC, in collaboration with KAIROS Composite Services Private Limited, the training partner of MEPMA, and TASK, are imparting short-term skill development training for minimum and maximum qualification holders to earn livelihood with professional skills. After the completion of the training, the students are assured of placements at GVK malls and hotels.

The courses offered are for customer care executive (45 days), with graduation as qualification, emergency medical technician - basic/ paramedic (45 days) with graduation as the qualification (with science background), unarmed security guard training (45 days), with 8th standard as qualification and Housekeeping attendant (manual: cleaning) (30 days) with 8th standard as qualification.

“Those who are interested and eligible may joined the above skill development professional skills to get self employed. The participation of minority community’s youth remains dismal in Telangana, particularly in the minority concentrated areas and districts. Therefore, we hoped that large number of youngsters get benefitted from this skill development programme,” Waheed said. He appealed to the youth for the maximum utilisation of the free of cost training. The batches will start every 15 days.
