Hyderabad: Home Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali on Monday assured the delegation of All India Sufi Ulema Council (AISUC) that State government would provide funeral vans for shifting of Muslim corpses to graveyards. The delegation met Mahmood Ali on Tuesday morning and submitted a memorandum urging the minister to provide mortuary vehicles through Waqf Board.

They also demanded to free Imampura Muslim Graveyard in Ziaguda from encroachments and to build a boundary wall around to protect it. The HM assured the delegation that he would take necessary steps to provide mortuary vans.
