Vayalar hints at no early T decision; It's not as easy as making a dosa

Union Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi, who doubles as AICC observer for Andhra Pradesh, declared that the issue of Telangana is complex and there are no easy solutions to it. Consultations process is on to find an amicable solution, he said. Interacting with mediapersons, Vayalar Ravi said, "It is not as easy as making a dosa. It is a complex issue. Consultations process is on and efforts are being made to find a solution." He went on to the extent of saying that Telangana is more a media issue than of political parties. The emphasis is on the point that no timeframe can be set to finding a solution to Telangana. When Telangana issue is so complicated, it is just not possible to predict a timeframe y when a solution could be arrived at. The Congress High Command has taken the position that consensus is eluding the people of different political parties and different regions of Andhra Pradesh. An issue as sensitive and emotive as division of the state cannot be unilaterally taken. There has to be a broad-based consensus and the party is making all efforts to arrive at consensus.
