New York: A new survey has revealed that New York is the most livable city for people under 35.

The "Livability Index" by Vocativ took into account "lifestyle factors" such as the number of singles, racial diversity, LGBTQ-friendliness, cost of Wi-Fi, walkability, availability of takeout food and price of marijuana the New York Post reported.
Vocativ CEO Scott Cohen said that despite New York's sky-high real estate market, it's hardly a shock to see NYC take the top spot in their ranking because it has a strong and varied job market, the country's top public transportation system, racial diversity, amazing food options and more entertainment choices than YouTube.
New York was followed in the top 10 by Arlington, Texas, San Francisco, Denver, Austin, Texas, Minneapolis, Seattle, St. Paul, Madison and Portland.
