Ashok Babu: Seemandhra MPs are bluff masters

Vijayanagaram: The APNGOs president P. Ashok Babu on Wednesday said the Seemandhra MPs have been bluffing the people for quite some time; and there was a need of educating the people of the same. He said when the Telangana bill comes for discussion in the assembly, he said, the APNGOs would intensify the stir. He said only due to the drawbacks in the political system, they had to come out on to the steets. He said calling off stir does never mean the cease of Samaikyandhra agitation. The APNGOs stir was a part of the agitation and not the entire thing, he added.

As the state bifurcation issue is a political issue, he said, they are on a political note and claimed themselves not as politicians. He said the work to be undertaken by the donkey, at present, has been undertaken by the horses. He opined that the entire responsibility lies on the shoulders of the politicians for incidents like the one happened in Vijayanagaram.

He criticised the Seemandhra ministers for safeguarding their posts, without resigning in the interest of Samaikyandhra. Hence, he said, they would ensure no political future for such leaders. He said they would support only those politicians, who took a leading role in the agitation, irrespective of the party they belong.
