Collector inaugurates DCCB Station Ghanpur branch
The District Collector, A Devasena, has inaugurated the branch in the presence of the Bank Chairman Janga Raghava Reddy, local MLA T Rajaiah and the bank officials and staff. Later addressing a gathering, the Collector lauded the banks’ efforts to spread its network to serve the farmers in better manner.
Jangaon: A new branch of the District Cooperative Central Bank Limited (DCCB) was inaugurated at Station Ghanpur in the district on Wednesday.
The District Collector, A Devasena, has inaugurated the branch in the presence of the Bank Chairman Janga Raghava Reddy, local MLA T Rajaiah and the bank officials and staff. Later addressing a gathering, the Collector lauded the banks’ efforts to spread its network to serve the farmers in better manner.
The Chairman, Raghava Reddy, explained about the progress being made by the bank and new initiatives being introduced for the welfare of the farmers. With the committed efforts by the bank’s staff and governing body the DCCB, which was in losses for decades was now earning profits, he said.
The MLA wanted the farmers to make use of the services being offered by the DCCB in a proper manner. The District Cooperative Officer Pulla Rao, the bank CEO R Yadagiri, General Manager P Srinivas and others were present.
