Warangal: TRS leaders demand adequate supply of power to households during the current examination season. They felt that the power cuts during the summer would also hit the general public. The farmers' depend on pump sets and have to face hardships as power cuts are leading to drying of crops, they lamented. TRS leaders organised a rasta roko and burnt the effigy of the State Government at Chowrasta in Hanamkonda. Addressing the media, TRS minorities' cell district president Md Nayeemuddin and urban youth president Boda Dinna demanded release of the arrested TRS leaders during their protest in front of NPDCL office at Nakkalagutta in Hanamkonda a couple of days ago. They said that the raw material was available in aplenty in Telangana region but they had to face the power cuts despite the coal is produced in the districts of Warangal, Karimanagar, Adilabad and Khammam.
