Running five days a week can make tremendous difference to one’s physical and mental health and I am a witness to the benefits it can bestow on us.” However, she cautioned the beginners to begin with lesser distance and improve on it gradually over time.
Dharmana Shanamukha Rao addressing the youth present on the occasion advised them to avoid reckless driving on the roads and follow traffic rules for everyone's safety. He said, one should remember our family back at home and the trauma they too have to endure, along with us in case of an accident. At least for the family’s sake we should try and reach the destination safely.
