Siddipet: The Southwest Monsoon has turned normal over Telangana, with heavy rain occurring at isolated places in Karimnagar, Y Bhuvanagiri, Jayshankar-Bhupalpally, Jagtial, Kamareddy, Peddapalle, Nalgonda and Warangal_rural districts during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Monday.

The Met department bulletin said rain occurred at a few places across the State, including Siddipet district. While Bejjanki recorded 5 cm of rainfall, Jagadevpur, there was 2 cm rain in Siddipet.

One cm each was recorded in Mirdoddi and Dubbak. According to the Met forecast, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at a few places across the State from October 1 to 4. No large change during the period October 5-7 is the weather outlook.
