BJP holds government responsible for causing hardship to people
BJP State chief spokesperson K Krishna Saagar Rao said that the strike exposes the inefficiency and misrule of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s government.
Hyderabad: BJP State chief spokesperson K Krishna Saagar Rao said that the strike exposes the inefficiency and misrule of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's government.
He stated on Saturday that the BJP State chief Dr K Laxman has already expressed the party's support to the striking employees and criticised the government for not showing an iota of concern and resolve the problems being faced by the RTC employees as the democratically elected government.
Rao said the demands put forth by the RTC employees are not new as they have been placing the same demands before the State government for the last five years.
Yet, the KCR's government has been trying to evade the issues instead of resolving them. "This shows the State government is not following democratic norms and acting like the oppressive and dictatorial Nizam's rule in Telangana", he faulted.
Further, the government is trampling upon the rights of the employees and workers and BJP warns the government against the same.
The BJP leader said it is not the striking unions' but the State government is responsible for causing hardship to the people due to lack of buses on the eve of Dasara.
