A Nepal based man was arrested by the Asifnagar police on Friday who was involved in 23 theft cases.
Pavan Singh (20), a resident of West Marredpally also has a criminal background and said to be involved in 17 criminal cases in the past. He was also jailed in several times. However, he began committing the offences after releasing from jail.
Singh was also accused in a bike theft at Kakatiyanagar colony in Langar Houz in the July second week. The police who registered a case and caught him at Alankar Theatre in Langar Houz with the stolen bike.
