Call to docs to use tech for making Healthy TS
Health Minister Eatala Rajender on Saturday said Healthy Telangana was possible with the use technology.
Hyderabad: Health Minister Eatala Rajender on Saturday said Healthy Telangana was possible with the use technology.
Speaking at 6th dental conference conducted by the Indian Dental Association at Cyber Convention Centre here, the minister exhorted the medical fraternity to serve people with dedication. The Telangana government's aim was to become number one in health sector.
"It is for the doctors to play a key role for healthy Telangana by using technology," Rajender said, and asked the dental doctors to focus on village level services.
The State government has launched health profile from Gajwel and will expand it across the State, he said, adding that the doctors have to improve their knowledge with regard to society and trends.
The minister expressed concern over the women and girls being put to hardship and tears. "This is not good for the society and technology has to be used for public welfare and development.
The State government focuses on building good human relationship among people in the society," he added.
Stating that there was no need of another dental college now, Rajender mentioned that the doctors have to make use of technology and facilities to serve better.
