Collector M Hanumantha Rao reviews works of 2-bedroom houses
District Collector M Hanumantha Rao has directed engineers and contractors to complete the two-bedroom houses as early as possible, without compromising on the quality. He reviewed a meeting on the status of construction of double bedrooms here on Wednesday.
Sangareddy: District Collector M Hanumantha Rao has directed engineers and contractors to complete the two-bedroom houses as early as possible, without compromising on the quality. He reviewed a meeting on the status of construction of double bedrooms here on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said the construction of 5,555 houses has been commenced in Sangareddy, Patancheru, Zaheerabad, Narayankhed and Andole constituencies. Of these, 3,352 houses are in rural areas and 2,203 houses are in urban areas, he added.
The collector said the total budget for the entire project is Rs 147 crore. He directed the engineering officials to tour at field level and see that the works be completed by the end of December. A quality control team will also inspect the constructions, the collector said.
Public health EE Veer Prathap, Panchayat Raj EEs Damodar, Venumadhav, R&B EE Suresh, housing manager Srinivas, contractors and others were present on the occasion.
