Cyberabad Commissioner of Police CP Sajjanar left for Delhi to submit details on the encounter to Supreme Court which is hearing the case today.

Meanwhile, the NHRC team which left to Delhi ON Wednesday will submit the report today. It is known that a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in the Supreme Court against the encounter of accused in Disha case. The petitioners GS Mani and Pradeep Kumar Yadav sought action against the police officer for killing the accused.

Central government, state government and Telangana DGP along with the commissioner Sajjanar have been included as respondents. The petitioners asked the court to involve CBI and other higher officials in enquiring the case.
