Daily wage earner's daughter bags internship in China
Mamatha, daughter of a daily wage earner, is the first student from Tribal Residential Degree College for Women-Utnoor in Adilabad to qualify for the international programme
Adilabad: A student from. Tribal Residential Degree College for Women-Utnoor was selected to carry out an internship in China through Association for International Students in the field Economics and Commerce (AlESEC), a global NGO that facilitates students to travel various countries to study various global issues.
Akula Mamatha is a student of BSC (MPCS) I year at the college was chosen for interning in the foreign country for her outstanding performance in qualifying tests held for selecting the students for the internship. Mamatha secured 9.07 Grade Points Average (GPA) in the first semester of the course.
She will spend six weeks at selected educational institutions, starting from July. She is the daughter of Poshanna, a daily earner from Khanapur mandal centre in Nirmal district.
