Mahbubnagar: Two persons were killed in different incidents in erstwhile Mahbubnagar district on Monday. A farmer, Anjaneilu (43), was electrocuted in his fields in Jurala village in Atmakur mandal of Gadwal district. It is said that the farmer had arranged an electric fence to his fields to wade of the wild boars from destroying his paddy fields. However, on Monday morning, when Anjaneilu went back to remove the fence, accidentally he came in contact with a live wire and got electrocuted and died on the spot.

Body of an unidentified woman found burnt

In another accident, the villagers of Apparala village near National Highway-44 in Kottakota mandal of Wanaparthy district found a dead body of an unidentified woman near the Sugar factory at Golla Pedda Swamy fields. The police who were informed by the villagers visited the spot and found the body to be badly burnt. The police said the woman was badly burnt with petrol. They registered a case and initiated the probe.
