Flesh trade racket busted in Hyderabad, 3 held
The police on Wednesday busted a flesh trade racket here at Papaiah Yadav Nagar under Balanagar police station limits.
The police on Wednesday busted a flesh trade racket here at Papaiah Yadav Nagar under Balanagar police station limits.
On a tip-off, police conducted raids on a house for allegedly running the racket and arrested the organizer Durga Prasad, a transgender K Srinivas and a woman. They were sent to remand. The police said that Durga Prasad is working as a junior artiste in the film industry while Srinivas is working in a private firm.
On March 5, 2020 - The police raided a house in Krishna Nagar under Banjara Hills police station limits and arrested three people along with a constable attached to Langer Houz police station.
On February 2, 2020 - Two persons including a woman were arrested by the KPHB police for allegedly running the racket. The police raided Glow Well Family Spa and Saloon centre at the KPHB colony and arrested Vempati Satish and Bidda Naga Lakshmi.
