The TRS government has failed to handle coronavirus crisis and is blamed for prompting community transmission in the state. Over 500 coronavirus patients have been discharged from the hospital in the past two days without any final tests, the party said.

The party backed the junior doctors' protest at Gandhi Hospital and said that even the healthcare workers are saying that the patients have been discharged prematurely without any coronavirus tests.

MLC Ramachandra Rao from BJP said that the health deparment is not concerned about the changed ICMR guidelines, triggering community transmission in GHMC area and the entire state. The party also blamed TRS as its mismanagement and manipulation of coronavirus pandemic, a cause behind the spike in coronavirus cases under GHMC limits.

BJP also questioned the government as to why it restricted the coronavirus testing and case management only at Gandhi Hospital. It further wondered as what caused in the rise of cases in the districts if there is no community transmission. The party also questioned on the death of journalist Manoj and his last words of complaining no oxygen and medical attention at Gandhi Hospital.
