Khammam Book Festival :Book fair draws huge number of visitors

Khammam: The Khammam Book Festival organisers have come up with a novel idea to promote book reading by putting up a wish list pot to present books freely to selected winners. According to organisers, the visitors have to write book title, author's name, stall number and their phone number on a slip and drop it in the wish list pot. Five winners would be presented books by choosing through draw of lots.

Meanwhile, a large number of visitors of all age groups have been visiting the stalls at Pavilion Grounds. District Collector RV Karnan and other officials visited the book fair on Monday night and interacted with the students. They advised them to make book reading a regular practice.
