KTR seeks suggestions on new Draft Township Policy
Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Minister K T Rama Rao on Thursday asked the real estate companies to give their suggestions for the Telangana Draft Township policy to be brought out by the government.
Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Minister K T Rama Rao on Thursday asked the real estate companies to give their suggestions for the Telangana Draft Township policy to be brought out by the government.
Several organisations met Rama Rao in his office on Thursday. The Minister informed them that Telangana had best policy on buildings permissions and government was bringing draft policy. He said that the building permissions were made online.
The government was in the process of knowing the status of implementation of online building permissions in municipalities. The officials are exploring the possibilities to make it simpler.
With this, the applicants can know the status of the file, he added.
The Minister said that government would encourage the real estate sector which provides thousands of people.
The real estate agencies with their corporate social responsibility wing should work with the GHMC, the Minister told the representatives.
