The last rites of former minister M Mukesh Goud have been performed at Shaikpet with State honours amidst his family members, fans and followers.
Hyderabad: The last rites of former minister M Mukesh Goud have been performed at Shaikpet with State honours amidst his family members, fans and followers.
The rites have been completed at 3 pm at Gouda Samaj burial ground at Shaikpet. It may be recalled here that the former minister has passed away on Monday after fighting with cancer.
Earlier his body has been brought to Gandhi Bhavan for the last glimpse of the followers and Congress leaders.
PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy and other leaders paid floral tributes to him. Later the body was taken in a procession to Shaikpet.
