Let court decide stir legal or illegal: RTC JAC
Responding to the government’s arguments in the final affidavit submitted in the High Court on Saturday, RTC JAC convener E Ashwathama Reddy said that the Court will decide whether the RTC stir is legal or illegal.
Hyderabad: Responding to the government's arguments in the final affidavit submitted in the High Court on Saturday, RTC JAC convener E Ashwathama Reddy said that the Court will decide whether the RTC stir is legal or illegal.
He stated that senior IAS officer Sunil Sharma was just putting his signature on the affidavit prepared by the chief minister.
Ashwathama Reddy said that government was to be blamed for the RTC losses as the corporation's money has been utilised for other needs.
He mentioned that protest on Tank Bund was organised by RTC workers themselves and many of them were at the receiving end of the lathi-charge by the police.
Further, the RTC JAC leader rubbished the government's claim that they had joined hands with the opposition to launch this strike.
