Shashidhar Raju wanted the police officers bring the petitioner's problems to the notice of the station house officers and solve the problem immediately. He said in every police station, citizen satisfaction rating is almost good and in some police stations officers need to take training on friendly policing and important sections incharge officers need training on reception.
