"KCR's corrupt government will be collapsed soon and the state will be heading for midterm elections," said BJP state president Bandi Sanjay while speaking during the campaign in Ram Nagar division on Saturday.

He said that the state will have midterm elections soon after the GHMC elections with the collapse of the government. "BJP will come into power to serve for the poor but not to enjoy the power," said Bandi Sanjay.
The BJP leader asserted that several TRS MLAs are unhappy with the functioning of Chief Minister's and are waiting for the GHMC election results. "When the election result will be announced, several TRS MLAs will quit the party and join BJP," he said.
Earlier, Bandi Sanjay caught the attention for his remarks of holding surgical strike to evacuate Rohingyas from Old City. He also made a retort to AIMIM comments on PV Narasimha Rao and NT Rama Rao memorials that BJP will raze AIMIM's headquarters in Darussalam.
