Hyderabad: BanjaraHills police on Friday took former CEO of MOJO TV Revathi into custody from her house at Manikonda on charge under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The case related to a complaint lodged in January this year by a Dalit leader, alleging that he was insulted by her during a live show, they said.
A Dalit leader, H Prasad, that anchor Raghu and Revathi had insulted him in the studio of MOJO TV during a debate conducted on the entry of a woman journalist into Sabarimala temple.
