My son went into depression after love failure, says Prashanth's father

Hyderabad: The Telugu software engineer Prashanth who got arrested in Pakistan, his father Babu Rao said that his son is very good, due to the depression of love failure he might went to Pakistan.
Babu Rao and his family is residing at Kukatpalli for the past five years. Before 2017, Prashanth was working in Hyderabad. After which he shifted to Bangalore for job purpose.
There he fell in love with Swapnika Pandey, who was his colleague. Later she left him and went to Switzerland. With the depart of Swapnika, Prashanth went into depression, and in that state, he might have accidentally landed in Pakistan, Mr. Rao said.
He also said that a missing complaint was registered at Madhapur police station on April 29, 2017. During Prashanth's job in Bangaluru, he also travelled to China and Africa. His father babu Rao raise doubt that as he failed in a love affair, Prashanth might enter into Pakistan borders.
In an attempt of crossing the border, the Pakistan police have detained Prashanth along with Dharilal who were wandering in the Cholistan desert without a passport and visa. Babu Rao said he would be going to Foreign Ministery in Delhi and urge the help in bringing back Prashanth safely to India.
