The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has sent notices to Telangana police on the encounter of four accused in Disha case.
Taking the media reports as a suo-moto, the NHRC is probing into it. The Telangana police have encountered Mohammad Areef Pasha, Jollu Shiva, Jollu Naveen and Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu in early hours on Friday.
The incident has occurred when the police along with the suspects are reconstructing the crime scene at Chatanpalli. The police fired at them when they were trying to escape from them.
