Ranjith Reddy wins from Chevella
In a nail-biting thriller, TRS candidate Ranjith Reddy surpassed his opponent, Konda Vishveshwar Reddy of Congress, in the LS polls on Thursday. Ranjith Reddy defeated his opponent with a margin of 14, 400 votes. Right from the morning, the competition looked tough as the position varied from time to time.

Ranjith Reddy defeated his opponent with a margin of 14, 400 votes. Right from the morning, the competition looked tough as the position varied from time to time.
At some point of time, it was reported that 6 EVM machines are not responding. Then it was said that officials sorted out the issue.
At one time, the win seemed definitefor the Congress candidate. While uncertainty over the result looming large TRS camp starts celebrating their candidate's victory. Though the name of winning candidate not officially declared but it assumed that the votes accounted for until then pushed the TRS candidate into lead position and hence the celebrations.
Amid chaos and tension the TRS candidate from Chevella constituency Ranjith Reddy emerged winner by majority of 14.400 votes while there were still few EVMs to divulge the votes which are not responding due to some technical glitches.
But the TRS candidate picked up in final rounds and emerged as the winner. Konda Vishweswar Reddy was in the TRS party before the Assembly polls. He joined Congress and contested again in the same constituency from another party.
