Register interrogation report with quality data entry: SP M Mallareddy

Asifabad: Superintendent of Police M Mallareddy told the station writers and E-cop writers to register interrogation reports with quality data entry, while speaking at a training programme to station writers and E-cop writers at district police office in Asifabad on Wednesday.

The SP said that at the time of arrest the writers should register interrogation report with all the details of the accused and register it on CCTNS at the time of entry. Ensure data must be in good quality as many cases can be solved easily based on the data base, he added. This data base is very important for future generations, so register with carefully, he said.

In cases like property, cyber, financial, gutka, murder and robbery, communal writers must write interrogation reports and also must enter their vehicle number and their physical description, economical status, family history, time of incident, regular visiting places with full details and quality investigation is must. He said that in every eyewitness case, test identity parade must be done and told to increase rate of conviction, public will gain more confidence in the police system when the offenders are sentenced and people will come to give witness.
