Warangal: Often being on the receiving end, the Police have proved that they have a big heart on Thursday when they withdrew rowdy sheet opened against 133 in Warangal Police Commissionerate limits. It surely is a huge sigh of relief for them.
City Commissioner of Police V Ravinder who chaired a specially convened meeting had announced that the police had withdrew rowdy sheet opened against 133 persons. It may be noted here that there are 783 persons in Commissionerate limits, who have rowdy sheet opened against them.
Ravinder said, "after thorough filed level monitoring, the police have come to a conclusion that these persons who were omitted from the rowdy sheet list have been living a peaceful life away from unlawful activities."
Even though the removal of name from the rowdy sheet is not all that an easy procedure, the police want to give them an opportunity to lead a respectful life, he said. DCPs K Nagaraju, Srinivasa Reddy and Narasimha were among others present.
