According to the police, the teenager's father Abdul Raheem noticed the two lying unconscious with some liquid from Aziz's mouth when he returned from home night. Farhath Begum, wife of Raheem told unnoticed her children as she was not well.
Raheem shifted his children to Osmania General Hospital where they declared dead. The police were informed who conducted an autopsy and handed over them to their family.
On inspecting the house, the police seized some utensils suspecting of food poisoning. Several bottles of medicines were also seized.
