Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police intensified their investigation into Disha's murder case on Thursday.

After the Shadnagar court granted them seven days custody of the accused, the police took them into custody at Cherlapally Central prison and started interrogating them from morning hours of Thursday.

Keeping law and order situation in view, the police decided to question the accused at jail premises only.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by Cyberabad Police Commissioner is headed by DCP Shamshabad N Prakash Reddy.

The team was working in a fast manner in collecting all evidence relating to the case in addition to the information already collected by them after nabbing the four accused. As part of the SIT, seven smaller teams are divided and working on different aspects.

According to sources, one team working under DCP Shamshabad would focus on over-all compilation of the facts to prepare the charge sheet, second team on collecting evidence, third team on CCTV data collection and its analysis, fourth team on Forensic and DNA reports, fifth team on legal proceedings, sixth team on the witnesses and identification parade of the suspects and the seventh team on the crime scene reconstruction aspects.

According to sources, after taking the accused into custody, the team already conducted crime scene reconstruction in the early morning hours on Thursday by shifting to Thondupally toll gate and Chatanpally underpass bridge spots.

Based on the information, the police reportedly recovered the victim's mobile at about half kilometre distance from Thondupally toll gate, where the accused buried phone. A team was analysing the call data.

Clues team and Forensic experts conducted an in-depth search of the lorry and collected blood and hair samples from the cabin area.
