Sita Rama celestial wedding in Telangana Bhavan to mark State Formation Day
The Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy Devasthanam, Bhadrachalam has planned to perform the celestial wedding of the Lord at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi on June 2 marking the State Formation Day, informed temple Executive Officer T Ramesh Babu.

Speaking to The Hans India on Monday, the EO informed that the temple Board had sought the Endowments Commissioner V Anil Kumar's permission to conduct the event to which he had agreed.
The EO added that a team of priests would leave for New Delhi on May 29 and reach the national capital the next day. The priests with the help of authorities at Telangana Bhavan would make the necessary arrangements for the wedding.
According to officials, this is the first occasion wherein the Devasthanam is going to conduct the celestial wedding at Telangana Bhavan in Delhi marking the Telangana State Formation Day.
It might be noted that for the last few years special rituals and prayers were being conducted at the temple to celebrate the State Formation Day on June 2.
