A woman conductor attached to Sattupalli RTC depot in Khammam district has been admitted to a hospital in Chintalapudi in West Godavari district. The doctors are conducting tests for the conductor.

The woman was admitted to the hospital after she fell ill while travelling to Eluru from Sattupalli. The doctors said that her reports were sent to the lab for testing and the virus will be confirmed after getting the reports.

On Wednesday, a woman working at a private firm here at Raheja Mindspace in Hyderabad has tested positive for COVID-19. She has been admitted to isolation ward at Gandhi Hospital. The woman has a travel history from Italy. Meanwhile, the firm suspended its operations and asked the employees to work from home.

Earlier this week, a techie from Hyderabad also tested positive for the virus. He has travel history from Dubai.
