Traffic curbs on Tank Bund for Durga idol immersion
Anil Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad issued few traffic restrictions and diversions in order to relieve congestion, to maintain smooth flow of traffic and to ensure public safety and order in connection with the immersion of Durga Matha Idols at Hussain Sagar lake from Tuesday to Saturday.
Hyderabad: Anil Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad issued few traffic restrictions and diversions in order to relieve congestion, to maintain smooth flow of traffic and to ensure public safety and order in connection with the immersion of Durga Matha Idols at Hussain Sagar lake from Tuesday to Saturday.
The traffic coming from Secunderabad towards upper Tank Bund will be diverted at the Sailing Club towards Kavadiguda – Lower Tank Bund and Kattamaisamma.
Traffic from Liberty and Telugu Thalli Junctions going to Secunderabad side via upper Tank Bund will be allowed on the right flank of upper Tank Bund.
The Additional Commissioner requested the public to take note of above routes and may take alternate routes to reach destinations and cooperate with Hyderabad City Traffic Police.
